The rapid advancement of online platforms and technologies (social media, mobile device proliferation, mapping tools and network monitoring techniques, etc.) present an enormous opportunity to reach and engage new audiences like never before. Social media marketing techniques along with digital content curation provide an important means for public health professionals to reach new audiences with content aimed at promoting healthy behaviors.  In this session, partners from three nationally recognized organizations, Community Commons, Salud America! and the Tulane Prevention Research Center, will share their experiences promoting health through building, sustaining, and evaluating how local and national online networks operate.
